The service

BidYourGame operates a public discovery board for games (browser games, Steam, App Store and Google Play). Developers purchase a hosted listing - a profile page containing their game's title, artwork, description and store link, plus public click statistics. The order of listings on the board is determined by the amount paid for each listing. Our Rules form part of these terms.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country.
  • You must be able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must own or be authorised to promote the game you list.

    • Payments; no refunds once outranked

  • A listing's position activates only when payment completes.
  • Listings can be overtaken by higher amounts at any time. This is the core mechanic of the service and is never grounds for a refund or chargeback.
  • Genuine errors (double charges, a listing that never appeared) are corrected manually - contact support first with your receipt reference.
  • Checkout and tax handling are provided by our merchant-of-record provider.

    • Acceptable listings

  • Only real, playable games on supported platforms.
  • No illegal content, malware, scams, sexual content involving minors, or anything prohibited in our Rules.
  • We may remove any listing without refund if it breaks these rules or its store page stops existing.

    • Your content; your rights

    You keep all rights to your game and artwork. By submitting a listing you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content on BidYourGame for the purpose of operating the board. You confirm store-provided metadata we fetch may be displayed under the platform's public terms.

    Availability & changes

    The service is provided "as is". We may change, pause or discontinue parts of it. If we ever shut down paid features permanently, active listings purchased within the previous 30 days will receive a pro-rata refund.

    Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent listing. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law or your local consumer rights.

    Governing law & contact
